Accommodations

We will be driving back home on Friday, but the nearest hotel is Cobblestone Hotel and Suites - Hartford. 

Discounted rooms can be reserved in advance.

November 13-15, 2026

Timeline

Please arrive no later than Noon.

Our ceremony will be at One.

Cocktail Hour will begin at One-Thirty.

Dinner will be served at Three.

The dance floor will be open at Five.

We will have a bonfire out back beginning at Six.

Our final dance will be at Eight.

Is there any wedding gift list?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, though if you still wish to get us a gift, a registry can be found here. 

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to refrain from taking pictures during our ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and are happy to share our photos after we receive them.

What will parking look like?

There is a gravel parking lot directly outside of the Barn, so there will be plenty of parking, as well as a small drop-off area for accessibility.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to get photos of everyone in formal or semi-formal attire, though please refrain from wearing white.

Will there be vegetarian options?

There will be 2 dinner options that you can choose from when you RSVP. There is also a vegetarian option, though we can only get a few, so we kindly ask you to refrain from the vegetarian option if you're not a vegetarian.
